TRACK SESSION
If you have been invited to take part in the MBWorld track session please ‘sign on’ at the Education Centre (next to the Shell pumps)
after 09.00 but BEFORE 11.00.
Demonstrating cars will run behind fast pace car.
Cars will run in groups of similar performance.
Number of laps according to final entry numbers and time available.
Passengers for the track demos are permitted if 16 years of age or over.
IMPORTANT! All track session drivers are required to show their driving licences at signing on. MBW require helmets to be worn.
 
TEST HILL SESSION
All cars are invited to run in the Test Hill session.
Signing on from 13.15.
Briefing 14.00
Children passengers for Test Hill must be properly seated and supervised.
Crash helmets are not required.
Hillclimb session subject to ground clearance.
A suggested £5 donation is requested to help fund planned surface restoration.
 
GENERAL INFORMATION
Access for entrants and vehicles from 08.00.
Your car/cars need to be in position in the holding area by 10.00.
On site parking available for transporters.
Brooklands is outside the London emissions zone.
Access is via Brooklands Road entrance unless otherwise advised.
Alfa Romeo owners access via Heights car park.

Adult £20 (£17 in advance)
Seniors & Students £19 (£16 in advance)
Children £9 (£8 in advance)
Family £50 (£43 in advance)
Brooklands Members £5.50 on the day (£2.50 in advance)

If anyone should want to take part in the track session or the test hill event, please can they let me know asap then i can approach the organisers, let me know what car you would be bringing too.

Also, an idea of numbers who might be attending would be useful as we do get squeezed some years on space, arrive early before 9am if possible as this event is hugely successful for the museum.

It would be nice to come to this event again, especially off the back of our win last weekend at Snetterton.

Trouble is I need to bring the car in a trailer or in the van and the last time I came, I was definitely not welcome!

It is turning up with a trailer which is the problem. I don't know why, I guess the organisers are not geared up for it.

Richard, I'll contact the organiser Phil to ensure you get an easy access if you would like to attend.

Richard, the organisers are most happy for you to bring the car along on Saturday, if you want to take part on test track event I can get you on the reserve list.

Arrive early, but expect long queues if you arrive after 9 or 10am, entry is a little better these days, but now even more popular with more cars and visitors.
