Two been advertised for a while, if so open minded why not one of those? Been to look? Why an Appia?

"The obvious" is to bring one back from Italy, or go through someone who does that on a regular basis. If the request was more specific I'd look up the guy in Essex who's brought several Flavias back.
"Any series, any condition, commercials" is quite broad. I know of a VERY rare commercial that might be for sale, but it makes no sense to anyone who pays for metal work by the hour.
I think that Jolly Camper is still for sale, again makes sense only if you do your own metal work, and have the usual space to get round, and store all the bits off it, AND you also need a lot of height inside the building, AND tall doors to get it in and out. Lovely thing.
Anyone else see:

Reminded of it as they turned a Morris ambulance into a period transport for a bike. I also enjoyed the vintage Wolsley rebody.

The rotten Flavia in a field thread lead to ebay which dangled this one:

They look like they'd know a good Appia from a poor one and help with export logistics.
Which reminds me of another "ironing tv" show:
https://uktvplay.uktv.co.uk/shows/lazy-boy-garage/watch-online/?adfp=Search_Adwords_Search_LazyBoyGarage&pid=Search&pid=Search&c=Adwords_Search_LazyBoyGarage&c=Adwords_Search_LazyBoyGarage&gclid=Cj0KCQjwkoDmBRCcARIsAG3xzl-yy-Z8YnmyuoKmhofOZaDn1tc0d_iEdsI7fbV2wx42RZMz0ifEAZgaAhbkEALw_wcB
They buy cars abroad via skype, fix them up, and auction out the back (the format is that they are "lazy boys" and never leave their garage). They (appear) to get them shipped loose in containers for not much money (and get quite dramatic work done for not much money) and then still tend to make a big loss. Couple of winners.
Middle son pointed out they'd be better buying locally at auction, fixing up, and selling over the internet not the other way round...

Middle son is quite right but then they're making a TV show not cost effective cars.

Luzzago in Brescia is a reputable firm and has this series 3 berlina for sale:

The owner Ottavio Luzaggi speaks very good English if you choose to give him a call. He was very helpful when my son went to look at a car, although we did not buy it, having found another one elsewhere which we preferred.
