Title: Appia Berlina engine tick over.
Post by: Cassino on 01 June, 2019, 10:39:26 AM
Having taken my Weber carb off and cleaned etc.replaced the condenser, HT leads, checked, cleaned the CB  points , I aim to make a temporary hook up of a tacho as I need to tune the carb.
What would be a good tick over RPM for this 818 engine?

You may use a standard auto-multimeter (cheap) connected to the negative side of the distributor: it should show high and low revs, Revs around 800 rpm.  Andrea.
