It is shown like this in the factory brochure and in the original photos I have of my car when it was owned by Lancia (England) at Alperton.

Frank's picture shows the hear tap on the left whereas my car it is on the right. I replaced the hoses and top rad casting but made sure the tap exited right as per owners handbook!!
