Title: Flavia / Fulvia lower inner wishbone bush compatability Post by: markinnes on 03 December, 2019, 10:35:06 PM Hi Lancisti. I need to source 4 lower inner wishbone bushes for my Flavia 2000 Coupe 1970. I've found an ad in Italy claiming that the S2 Fulvia bushes will fit S2 Flavia. I know what an S2 Fulvia is [I've got one!], but what is an S2 Flavia? I'd assumed it meant 820. series?
Anyhow, ref lower inner wishbone bush compatibility, it doesn't seem that simple. Cross-referencing between Flavia 2000 Coupe 1970 Parts Manual and Fulvia Parts Manual seems to [more or less] come up with this: From chassis 820.030.3882 [?] Front Lower Wishbone Inner bushes = no 6/page 57 = part no. [8]1604368 [Silentblock] 4 no per car [originates from 818.612, i.e. Fulvia Series 2 Berlina]. Available [un-priced]: https://www.oldlanciaspares.com/931-lancia-FLAVIA-sparepart-silentblock-lower-arm.php Up to chassis 820.030.3882 [?] Front Lower Wishbone Inner bushes = no 6/page 57 = part no. [8]1603963 [Silentblock] 4 no per car [originates from 818.100 i.e. Fulvia Series 1 2C Berlina]. Any-one know if the diameter changed, or the length, or [I'm hoping] some other property of the bush? Surprised that the Fulvia seems to have got the upgrade before the Flavia, 820.030.3882 being well into 1970 [november / December?]. Mine is April 1970, so needs the earlier spec. I'm also looking for rear bushes: part nos. [8]2049637; [8]2049653; [8]2049664. For reference, the Consortium carries part nos. : 82213267; 82160300; 82245154; 82160299; 82245153 [last four are anti-roll-bar bushes I believe] Any advice on sourcing the right bush would be welcome. Many Thanks, Mark Title: Re: Flavia / Fulvia lower inner wishbone bush compatability Post by: lancialulu on 04 December, 2019, 07:51:43 AM From memory this is now a conversion kit. At least that is what I fitted to my 1965 Flavia Vignale. Omicron and Cavalitto sell these and probably the other bushes as well.
