Title: Augusta Cabriolet Post by: rutley1 on 26 April, 2020, 06:41:49 PM Can anyone recommend an exhaust system supplier please. Either components or a complete system. I’m based near Guildford.
Thanks Richard Title: Re: Augusta Cabriolet Post by: Parisien on 26 April, 2020, 08:34:16 PM Hi Richard, quick search showed up these guys, but I don't know anything about them.

I'm to ring back at end of week for a few more details.

P Title: Re: Augusta Cabriolet Post by: rutley1 on 08 May, 2020, 08:58:38 AM Thank you to all who offered advice on a new exhaust system. I have a rusty exhaust to copy and component parts can be sourced from a number of suppliers. I see that Jetex.co.uk offer both carbon and stainless parts necessary to build and fit your own system. Once sorted, I will try and copy a parts list to the forum.
Regards to all. Title: Re: Augusta Cabriolet Post by: Raahauge on 08 May, 2020, 07:20:47 PM I fitted a system built up with Jettex and it was too noisy (for me). I then built an "interference" design out of Smith and Morrison which I inserted into a larger Jettex unit and it is fine.
Will dig out details if you wish. |
