This must be the buyer from the recent Mathewsons sale, given this was only back on 19th March, where it is correctly described.
Maybe bought on a whim by someone who didn't know what they were buying hoping to flip it quickly for more? It obviously needs a lot of work! Online DVLA check says "tax due 1 September 1990" implying it has not been on the road for quite some time.
