Title: Aprilia head gasket change-sequence for tightening and various torque values Post by: CesareFerrari on 09 July, 2022, 06:15:22 PM My nephew Luke is changing the head gasket on our Aprilia. We need information from the original workshop publications to tell us
1. the correct sequence for removing and then reinstalling the cylinder head bolts; 2. the torque figures for tightening the above; 3. the torque figures for the six bolts on the camshaft box; and finally 4. the torque figures for the six bolts for the rocker assemblies. Can anyone help with this information from the original sources please? The head gasket just went and we want to get the car ready for the National Rally in a fortnight. The other information would be very useful if you come across it.
