Title: Alperton plaque Post by: Running Board on 09 January, 2023, 05:11:43 PM Dave Baker gave my dad this genuine plaque when he finished building the Astura , its the only one that I have seen but have no doubt there are more out there , i'm half thinking about having some replicas made , again I would do the normal , take order and deposit once costing had been established , then that's it no more will be made after deadline .
Also if anyone can recommend any suitable companies to do it , i'm not interested in making money out of them more to get a couple for my own cars at a sensible price , generally its cheaper to have 10 made than 1 and also trying to establish how much interest there would be to go ahead with them , J Title: Re: Alperton plaque Post by: Richard Fridd on 09 January, 2023, 05:33:26 PM Yes please James. You could try Derron at Pamela David Enamels - enameller@googlemail.com He made some IPRA badges for me last year (only used on first few hundred AR Giuletta Sprints in 1955) and was a real pleasure to work with and sensibly priced. I had another quote from PD enamels , they are coming in at £58 each + £70 artwork + p&p so i would guess around £70 each if thats what people want.
