Does anybody know a classic insurance broker that does not require a daily driver on a normal policy?

I use Hagerty for all of mine, and they're very good.

I use Adrian Flux, and only have a classic policy with NCB and ability to drive other cars, as the family car is in my wife name with me as a named driver.

If that makes sense.

Aplan for Lancia Flaminia £75pa 1000 miles.
I am a named driver for two other cars plus I have a commercial van policy. And I can visit the Aplan offices if there is a discussion required. This is not normally necessary as they answer their phones very promptly. Very often the same regular person. Can't say that for some other companies. Incidentally none of these arrangements include 3rd party cover for other vehicles with owner's permission.

Thanks for replys, my problem is I dont have a 'normal' car in my name only five classics.  Might have to resort to insuring one as a daily driver.

You don't need to have a daily driver car included on the policy with Hagerty. I insure the following as a group:
037, Delta S4, Fulvia S1, Works Fulvia S1, Beta Spyder, Triumph TR3a. £38 extra per year for a gr4 Stratos instead of the S4.

Is it a case of ' included on the policy', or having use of a modern vehicle on another (someone else's) policy? My other vehicles which I have use of, are not connected to my Lancia Flaminia policy.

Hagerty would not do it but luckily my current insurer changed their mind and accepted.
