Does anybody have any experience of fiting replacement front or rear screen / window rubbers ? Are the ones you can buy accurate ? A good fit ? Are there good ones AND better ones ? Any guidance or advice would be really appreciated. Thank you. :) Title: Re: Window Rubbers Quality. Post by: Kari on 18 November, 2024, 08:46:53 AM Cicognani in Italy

Post by: Jay on 18 November, 2024, 01:38:06 PM I am currently restoring a Aprilia, and haven’t done this job. However I have been told by various of UK experts not to waste money on the expensive Italian front and rear seals, but use the standard S type you can purchase from Woollies or Phoenix Trim. Go for the mid-size as it’s easier to manipulate around the corners, I believe you can purchase or ask for samples, plus it can be glued.

I hadn't heard of those before, I'll certainly take a look. Totally new to Lancia, LOTS to learn about who supplies what and which is the most sensible buy. Title: Re: Window Rubbers Quality.
