Title: Deltas on ebay Post by: neil-yaj396 on 14 October, 2010, 08:05:16 PM Two nice Deltas for sale at the mo, a nice white LX 1300 currently bidding at the bargain price of £400. At the other end of the scale an admittedly absolutely mint 1991 ie Turbo for offers on £11K. Interestingley the seller (owner since new) quotes the high price of intergrales as a motivation for the asking price. Good to see genuinely nice original cars like this still in circulation irrespective of their price.

But there are two HF 4WDs .... Title: Re: Deltas on ebay Post by: lee69 on 14 October, 2010, 08:57:20 PM Yes, I saw the 1300 the other day and put the starting bid of £200 in. Had a horrible feeling that I'd bought another car for a while, nobody else bid for ages. I wasn't sure how I'd explain that one.....
Title: Re: Deltas on ebay Post by: fensaddler on 16 October, 2010, 04:52:55 PM Has the 1300 sold now? I can't find it if it hasn't...?
Title: Re: Deltas on ebay Post by: fensaddler on 16 October, 2010, 04:58:57 PM And I don't care how good it is, no Turbo is worth 11 grand... And if it is, my 1.3 must be worth 5 grand of your folding? I think not.
Title: Re: Deltas on ebay Post by: lee69 on 17 October, 2010, 07:12:19 AM Has the 1300 sold now? I can't find it if it hasn't...? Sold for £520.01 Title: Re: Deltas on ebay Post by: neil-yaj396 on 17 October, 2010, 07:47:26 PM Looks like a bit of a bargain. As you say Chris, there is no way the Turbo is worth 20 times the 1300.
Title: Re: Deltas on ebay Post by: Paul Greenway on 19 October, 2010, 07:01:46 AM For £11k, the Turbo needs to be standard, that after market exhaust lets the side down, its also a shame that it is not one of the facelift cars for '91 with the ESR, slightly revised dash, black carpets and full dark alcantara striped seats (ala cut away drawing of the early evo) sometimes fitted to non Recaro spec late integrale 16v's and early evo's for some European markets.
Another issue is that at that price despite being a one owner car in fine condition, the mileage is a little on the high side and why is there no dealer supplying stickers on the glass and where are the original plates? Title: Re: Deltas on ebay Post by: fensaddler on 19 October, 2010, 12:37:13 PM Looks like a bit of a bargain. It will do, until the buyer looks at the rear arches and turrets, and realises there is a grand's worth of welding required to get it through the next MOT... Title: Re: Deltas on ebay Post by: lee69 on 26 October, 2010, 04:28:17 PM While at the other end of the Delta Turbo price range we have a 1990 Martini. Only 14 owners from new :o

What's the betting that the "Slight Rust Bubbling" around the rear wheelarches when the doors are opened turn into something a bit more drastic! I note he's replaced lowered springs for standard, says it all ::) Brian 8227 8) Title: Re: Deltas on ebay Post by: frankxhv773t on 09 November, 2010, 11:14:08 PM Hmm.... rust you say. Like this?
