Title: Flavia distributor installation- The missing washer Post by: phil-m on 14 March, 2011, 07:26:55 PM I am rebuilding and generally refurbishing my Sport, I have found a lot of play with the distributor and the slot in the link shaft between distributor and oil pump shaft is badly worn. I have measured everything up and found that there is only around 2mm of engagement between the dsitributor drive dog and link shaft slot. I think there should be a washer beneath the link shaft but cannot find any reference in the parts book. Can anyone shed any light on this?
