Title: Fulvia Series 3 Carburation Post by: TVR810 on 05 June, 2011, 03:35:21 PM The series 3 that I am about to refurbish has 35PHHE carbs, I have a pair of 35PHH's which have free moving throttle shafts,
as against seized on the PHHE's .Before proceeding further does anyone have any preferences or experience to guide me? The PHHE's were part of a "low emmision" set up I seem to remeber and were not easy to tune.
