Actually, that isn't true. Have you ever tried the way back machine ? They purpose of which is to snapshot the internet over time (and is, I believe, one of the largest machines out on the internet). Try it with http://wayback.archive.org/ and enter http://www.lanciamotorclub.co.uk (it works with any site) ... you can go back and see the history of the LMC website all the way back to 1999 ...
