Does anyone recognise the car and know any of its history. Only 4 owners in 43 years is very encouraging!

This car is local to me in maidstone having previously been with a local long term lancia enthusiast who sold me my sedan

I'm sure this car was on ebay recently, seem to recall the guy saying the mg in the background was for sale as well? just sounds familiar, looks very nice though and at £4500 if it stacks up sounds like it's worth the money. Looks like it's had recent work, look at the rear of the front inner wheel arch on both sides extending up from the sill, looks like fresh paint or underseal? very nice cars the series ones though, good luck and keep us informed ;)

The price is quite low for model and year and, therefore, a careful check is advisable. This Fulvia has a non-standard external mirror which has "migrated" to the door. Maybe one should check whether this means major bodywork repairs in the past. The brake master cylinder looks like an after market item, but I might be wrong as I cannot see it well in the picture. The master cylinder was new this year.also this car has an original radio blanking plate and a very nice steering wheel with perfect centre(last time I saw it)

Yep i'm watching it already, just seen where you live, will be going through the village tomorrow, as going to Risborough to see my Mother in Law, then spending xmas at my mates in Great Kingshill

I do not have any great experience of Fulvias, but I thought the S2 had the raised lights. Is this one a late S1 or import from other place eg SA?

Only the UK S2's had raised lights, other RHD markets had the low lights so this may be an SA car or Irish or maybe Australian. DVLA says it was first registered in the UK in 1984.
