Title: Trikappa Post by: Richard Fridd on 07 September, 2012, 10:55:11 AM Pics (from autopuzzle) . The first is in Australia? The second one is labelled Lancia Salon Paris 1922
Title: Re: Trikappa Post by: davidwheeler on 08 September, 2012, 10:05:03 AM You quite sure this is 1922? That's a Lambda on the left, not produced until 1923 (but maybe shown in 1922?)
Title: Re: Trikappa Post by: Richard Fridd on 08 September, 2012, 11:37:52 AM Not quite sure.I was just quoting the attached label.Perhaps somebody can help identify the pic accurately.richard
Title: Re: Trikappa Post by: davidwheeler on 08 September, 2012, 06:46:05 PM I should really do my research first. "Capalovaro" (Bill Jamieson), states that three Lambdas were shown at the Paris Salon in 1922.
Title: Re: Trikappa Post by: Roland on 09 January, 2013, 03:18:57 AM The photo of the Stand enphasises one point - the enormous size of the pre-Lambda models: compare the TriKappa saloon with the Lambda saloon alongside. If today one compares the Lambda with a modern car, the Lambda seems large !
