Title: Fulvia S1 Workshop Manual
Post by: chriswgawne on 12 October, 2012, 07:43:38 AM
Having foolishly given away all my Fulvia Workshop manual info in the early 90's, could anyone please recommend where to source a good, comprehensive S1 workshop manual, preferably in English, please.
Thanks
Chris

Chris

You could by a CD from the vivalancia.com (no relation to VL) site for a reasonable sum.

Hi Chris
I have got a copy of the workshop notes and technical data that Peter Gerrish prepared years ago. It is a bit oil stained but you could make a good copy of it (don't know if you need to ask Peter for permissions etc)

Also have an original Parts Catalogue from 1970 which may be of use as well but is more early second than late first series

I am happy to lend them to you, but want to keep them because you never know !

Hi Chris,
I have both on CD if you want copies.
A copy is also available from the LMC Librarian which is from where I purchased my hard (photcopy) some years ago as is mostly based on Berlina with Additions for Coupe and later models.

I forgot about the hard copy (which I have) - if the library is out of these then Omicron may still have some which is where I bought mine (some 8 years ago).

Having heard nothing from Chris Hopkins after emailing him a week or so ago, I revisited the members database and gave him a ring this evening at home (with profuse apologies for disturbing him). To my surprise he had received neither of my emails from last week  and then he pointed out that his email address was in fact eastbury.lancia@gmail.com
So, my earlier emails did not get to him and more worryingly have disappeared into the ether.
The good news is that he can help me and I will have a CD Rom to bring back to Italy with me on Sunday after my fleeting visit to the UK this weekend for the HSCC Roadsports final race of the season at Silverstone. He is also kindly photocopying me a hard copy so shortly I will have exactly what I wanted.
There must be something needing updating here on the Club's side of things regarding the Librarian's email address  I would have thought?
