Title: Good painter required Post by: bobhenry999 on 23 February, 2014, 02:39:38 PM Guys,
I have a very small (2 inches square) bit of bubbling at the front bottom corner of one of my doors. Its been there ever since I bought the car, but I want to get it done as its annoys me when I see it, as the bodywork is otherwise perfect. Now my question is, does anyone know a good paint shop in my area (Colchester) who could do the work. I have used a paint shop locally for my everyday cars, but due to the location of the bubbles, and the fact that the paint finish on the car is so good, I don`t feel that they would be able to do it without it noticing. So, if anyone could recommend somewhere i would be most grateful. Thanks, Bob Dow Title: Re: Good painter required Post by: lancialulu on 23 February, 2014, 02:51:41 PM I would recommend Motts over at Nayland.
They just did my Vignale which was not an all over job.. Title: Re: Good painter required Post by: bobhenry999 on 23 February, 2014, 02:58:18 PM Tim,
Their website looks impressive. What did you have done to the Vignale. Their attention to detail and interest in old cars is my basis for recommending and the finish is very acceptable.
