Augusta bid to £15500, needs a lot of work to finish. Flavia to £16000, came with an original boot lid and the "Hooper" trunk is apparently removable without damaging anything and the original could then be fitted. I think that was a fair bid for it, pretty sure their only worth about £30k finished so at most in kit form its probably worth £18>19k ???Augusta bid to £15500, needs a lot of work to finish. All trim needs doing in leather and there is no hood which should be fully lined, there were several boxes if bits but I did not investigate whether there was any hood material as a pattern. You could easily spend another 10 to 15k to finish it.
I thought the estimate too high at a revised £22k to £25k and so did the bidders, the problem I think is as the catalogue stated over £35k had already been spent! It will be interesting to see what the one on Ebay is bid to looks a better prospect except the hood has not been lined and looks a little odd a the back. IMHO it has a lot of correcting to do - not including the boot.
