Title: Tour Britannia 2014
Post by: peterbaker on 09 August, 2014, 08:56:07 AM
The Graham brothers finished a fine 13th overall on the 2014 Tour Britannia. There were three Fulvias and just one Stratos after the entry by Steve Perez was pulled at the last minute because of an engine blow-up. Full results on the official website

OWE 250K is my old car in its new much changed and improved guise as a Fanalone replica.

Peter - well done getting the Fulvia and Stratos in the same shot.

OWE 250K. Quite a few race miles on that one... It  was originally prepared by John Day for Ian Conway.  Used to be dark blue and very standard looking inside and out for HSCC road sports.

Didn't realise it's Ian's old car, Autoitalia did a Fulvia comparison back in 2004 with Ian's HF, Colin Marr's Zagato, Derek Moore's Series 3 , 1.3 coupe and "Fay" my 2c featured.
Great article.

Brian,

Lovely car, but the Fanalone on that memorable test was the same one at the Covent Garden Piazza in 2007 - it was owned by a different Ian. That one was owned by Ian Collier.

I remember sprinting with Ian and OWE 250K usually parked alongside in the paddock. Also David and your Midget/Sprite? Ian used sprinting as a bit of practice and car shakedown prior to circuit racing. I remember it as dark blue.
