That's rather what I might imagine would be the result if Robert's Ardea project and Piper GTT had an illegitimate love child!

Seeing this brought back the memories (mainly bad) of building a Nova kit car back in the day when moustaches and big side burns were on the go. Built for a client who must of had a bang on the head as he wanted a Ford 1600 crossflow engine fitted. This was duly done with a radiator in the back with electric fans extra ducting etc etc. Not sure about this kit but to get in the Nova it helped if you were about 3ft tall I had to drop the seats about 6" then you were so hot in there but no there are no windows to open. I felt sorry for the owner as he was not mechanically minded and he essentially bought a prototype. last I heard he had sold it to someone in Sheffield who had burnt the clutch out and wanted to know how to get the engine out, well... At least with this build the engine and gearbox are familiar with each other I had to use a plate between the ford engine and the VW gearbox.
