Have a look at http://www.gammaconsortium.com/htmlfr/gamma002.htm (http://www.gammaconsortium.com/htmlfr/gamma002.htm). It gives the treasurer's email address Treasurer@GammaConsortium.com as the contact for joining the Consortium. Is this the email address you claim bounces back? What error message did you get to say the email bounces back?
