As mellow and varied as ever. Just the one Lancia but a couple of other Italians to keep it company. I was rather taken with the little Honda Civic, I'd forgotten just how small they were/are. The car with rear facing seats is a Tesla on the stand of a rental company. http://www.evrent.co.uk/ Title: Re: Crystal Palace sprint Post by: Chris Hopkins on 27 May, 2015, 09:56:47 PM Interesting set of photos David, thanks. It has wet my appetite and I will try to get an entry next year, it is one of the venues I would like to tick off my to-do list, such atmosphere. I have walked round the old circuit and it is an amazing place.

Is that really a Chapparal or some kind of replica? They do get such a good spread of cars there. Glad to see it's back.

The most powerful car there? A standard looking Audi A6 estate driven by a gent who looked about 80 with 800bhp from its V10. The Formula V was a novelty for me. I spent a long time looking at a Vangard. Several rally spec Escorts for lary tail out action and some Suburus that gave the racing cars a real run for their money. David |
