Title: Manchester Classic Car Show, Event City, Trafford Centre 17th & 18th September Post by: neil-yaj396 on 09 May, 2016, 05:19:31 PM The Club has applied for a stand and I've agreed to do the organisation. I really enjoyed the show last year, but know we are historically a bit thin on the ground in Yorkshire/Lancashire.
Anyone who does want to show their car please get in touch, you'll almost certainly bag a place. Thanks lads consider your cars booked. I didn't want to repeat any cars on the stand, but given the interest in the Stratos it must be worth a re-run. Don If you are back is there any chance of you bringing a different car? (Lambda??). Thanks again. Any new member interest? Hope the server that hosts our website gets fixed soon so that folk may join! Title: Re: Manchester Classic Car Show, Event City, Trafford Centre 17th & 18th September Post by: neil-yaj396 on 21 September, 2016, 07:40:33 PM Yes, it went well. Several enquiries, all directed to the website, so our hosts may be doing us no favours there! Those who seemed genuinely interested got one of my old VL's, so hopefully they will bear with the website.
Someone also pinched my GNW programme, which was only out for display. If they join I may forgive them! Title: Re: Manchester Classic Car Show, Event City, Trafford Centre 17th & 18th September Post by: smithymc on 22 September, 2016, 07:39:00 AM It was a great weekend and my first indoor show with the Lime.
Hats off to all who organise and man these things around the uk- it's a tough weekend and a significant commitment. Great to meet more fellow members too as a relative newcomer. Mark Title: Re: Manchester Classic Car Show, Event City, Trafford Centre 17th & 18th September Post by: SanRemo78 on 23 September, 2016, 12:59:53 PM Hi Mark - I think the chocolate lime is missing this bit off the back of the air filter down the the exhaust manifold?

Judging by the photos when this was last listed, not much is attached to anything else.
Mark Title: Re: Manchester Classic Car Show, Event City, Trafford Centre 17th & 18th September Post by: SanRemo78 on 23 September, 2016, 05:01:40 PM Indeed Mark - but if someone else sees the post they might have a slightly less crusty one lying about?
