I was never happy about the amount of little bits of tree litter and seeds, etc that used to gather under the edge around my rear light cluster..........so last summer I decided to cure that one.
The light unit is an easy removal job, just two nuts.....clean the clear edge, then with a small paint brush using some gloss black paint, I gave the inner surface a good coat, you can use matt, or semi matt, but I think the acrylic will still show gloss....but I think it works for me.
