Paint code for Appia S2 colour

I enquired on the forum a few years ago about the colour code for the mid-blue paint on the S2 below.

Blu Pastello 1.812.2 Maxaloid/Max Meyer was the answer I was given, but I can't find anywhere online that can make sense of that reference or turn it into a useable specification for someone to mix me a sample.

Can anyone help?
