Are you sure it is the armoured vehicle?  It looks more like a cosy campervan with the nice seats 'padded all over', and the hinged bed's.

This is the one-off command vehicle or HQ car (an early precursor of "Monty's Caravan" which was originally built by the Italians on a 3RO chassis). I have found no photographs of one in existence nor mention of it in operational records so I actually wonder if it was ever built. 

The 1918 atocannone plans do answer one question that was in my mind. I was wondering if the 1Z designation still applied to chassis built after the introduction of the Jota in 1916. Evidently it did.
