Hi, Does anyone know if the filter element for the Fispa filter body on a 1961 Flaminia should have a rubber ring on the base of the element, as well as on the top.
See Parts Book diagram attached showing rubber ring at top. I'm trying to work out why electric pump isn't sucking fuel into the filter body. I've checked the pump suction and its normal (3psi for Solex PAAI 40).
Thanks
Chris
