 A 'poultry' price for this rare item. A rare 'nugget' one might say. Stop your plugs from 'fowling'.

 Also known as a 'Baffle Cookie'  ???

 It is, in fact, the handle for the opening side ventilator window (left).
 Here is it's right sided counterpart in-situ.  ::)

Ah, opening quarter-lights. So much more difficult to smoke in cars since they were abandoned - or so the ghost of Terry Thomas tells me.
