What a lovely clip.  This is, or was, Harold Bloomer's car and that is Harold driving. The car had a distinguished history being owned by Peter Hull, Secretrary of the VSCC and Bill Boddy among others and is now owned by Peter Slater.  I have no idea what the origin of the film might be, Harold is sadly dead and gone.  I clearly need to get a new hat.

Not wishing to disabuse your commentary on Flikr but dont you think Herr Brown has a lot to do with a/our ruined economy. After all it is Government that is responsible for regulation!

And if you look at the vintage of that footage (50's?) the economy was a little quiet!
