Looking a lot better

« on: 26 June, 2010, 09:10:09 AM »

Hi all,

Anyone know what size brake pipe nuts are fitted to a Fulvia Zagato 1968 brake system?

Want to order some but cant find any information on what size to get.

Thanks, Paul

Hello Paul

Sorry, I don't know the size, but suspect that as the brakes have the Dunlop system, it may be a UNF thread and size.   Suggest you take a piston off the calliper (or the complete calliper) into a trade motor factors and ask for the correct size.   Although the brake piping will probably be metric, the equivalent imperial size is very close as to make no difference to the internal diameter of the hole in the pipe end nut.
