It says subframe available seperately, going by the nearside wing, I suspect itmight not be the one that's currently fitted!

Not far from me so if anyone wants it inspected I could do so. However, the pictures probably show enough to convince that this one is going to need more than a little TLC!  Shocked

Hope someone saves it.

A few years ago I purchased on eBay a series one car like this but that had been sitting (outdoors) for many years. At something like £250 (plus another few hundred to collect it by ferry) it was a bargain for the panels alone.

There was never any question of it being restorable but when I went to dismantle it, expecting a trove of quality series one parts that I could sell on, I was surprised at how little of it was useable. The instruments, brightwork, electrics, upholstery and anything that wasn't stainless were all perished or corroded beyond use - though I did ship the dash top to someone in a sunny climate practically at cost of postage.

In fact I can't think of a single other thing I got from it apart from the engine and gearbox! And some glass.

Lancias that begin with "F" ... and affordable variants beginning with "Z" and "P" ..... and now with added "Y"!
