Peter, What made me laugh was the comment "Prefer to sell as a complete car" when it's missing the bonnet engine and boot lid! would make a good source of spares though, is that the standard carburettor manifold? Brian 8227

Insert Quote Hi All Just wondered if this could be classed as the worst starter for a project car (given its likely value at the end) yet? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320771481473&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:GB:1123Quote "Project car never completed!" Apologies if I have offended anyone here, but was surprised it was viewed as a sensible restoration. Peter Peter, I think you are being unduly pessimistic, after all the 'Concise Repair Manual' is included !!!!!!!! Andy

The clock looks vaguely savable; if that were jigged up properly you could work outwards in all directions. Keep you busy over winter

The phrase that's missing is "no hidden problems".

The first (and as yet unrestored) Fulvia project I bought over 13 years ago was a bit like this. It has since been joined by a number of other "unstarted" projects purchased via eBay and which generally raised the average standard of the collection from that very low base.
But yes, if I wanted to restore a Fulvia I would not start from here.
Can anyone answer Brian's question re the manifold - with these things you hope it is "rare" but it usually turns out to be just "wrong"

Lancias that begin with "F" ... and affordable variants beginning with "Z" and "P" ..... and now with added "Y"!
