This is the table for years of manufacture for all Aprilia models:-

Noel sent me a copy of similar data from the "50 o anniversario Aprilia" book. Is this original Lancia data ?

Thank you both !

Will be very helpful for importing the Aprilia into France ...... I suspect this is not the end of the story though.

What happened to the numbering between 1947 (OVS date of manufacture) and 1948/9?

The information comes (As Simon correctly states) from the "50 o anniversario Aprilia" book which was published by the Lancia Club
