Registro Aprilia advice per piacere

I wonder if anyone is a current Registro Aprilia member and can tell me how the Registro works?

I joined in summer 2013, and had an exchange of e-mails with the club secretary. I received a membership number and a password to the website. I had understood that more would arrive by post after a few weeks, but received nothing. The website entry does not give access to very much at all. Neither do I receive anything by e-mail.

I am obviously missing something, and before I get back to the secretary it would be helpful to have an idea of what that might be! Can anyone kindly enlighten me on how the Registro works and perhaps how to consult its research resources, which I believe are very useful?
