Sunday 24th August 2014.
Little Gransden Air & Car Show.
I understand it's been confirmed by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight that there will be a an appearance of the only 2 Lancasters left flying in the the World. This is the BBMF's  Lancaster, which will appear with the Canadian Lancaster that is here on a visit for about 1 month, so this may be the only chance of ever seeing this unique event.
See  http://www.littlegransdenshow.co.uk/docs/lgas-2014-vehicle-form.pdf

In Aid of the BBC Children in Need Appeal 2014,
Charity Fly in, Flying Display & Classic & Prestige Vehicle Display.
At
Fullers Hill Farm Airfield Little Gransden Cambridgeshire 10am- 5.30pm.
Note- NO Vehicles will be Allowed to leave before 5pm see booking form for details.

Close by was Gransden Lodge which was a WW2 Pathfinder Force Airfield from where many brave men took off in Lancasters, Mosquito & Halifax, for missions over Europe, from which many didn't return.

Update,
Unfortunately all the individual vehicle places are gone so you'll only be able to go as a visitor,
Have a look at www.littlegransdenshow.co.uk for details of booking, prices and all other information, sounds a fantastic day with 4 hours of flying displays!

Apparently they paid to get the Canadian Lancaster here by auctioning off seats for the various legs of it's trip. I think the going rate was hitting $20K, then you had your return flight to pay for!

If you've got the money what a way to spend it! very few will ever get the chance to fly in lancaster.
Looking on the website the Vulcan will also be doing a Fly by, and there's 4 hours of flying displays.
