Fulvia Berlina S2 for restoration

I have been advised by a non member (Jensen Healey owner) of a S2 Fulvia Berlina for restoration. It is not a basket case.
It is in Woolpit in Suffolk. The guy wants £1k which is reasonable.

Series 2 Berlina but the spare engine is series 1 as far as I can see.
