The 2016 AGM and Rally for the Gamma Consortium will be held over the extended weekend of Friday 16th September to Sunday 18th September.
Our base will be the
Sharnbrook Hotel in Bedfordshire and we have negotiated a special deal for the weekend:
Guestrooms are £75 per double or £65 per single occupancy per night including breakfast. Our Saturday night dinner will be £25 per person for 3 course meal.
Therefore for 2 guests it'll be £200 for room for Friday and Saturday nights including dinner on Saturday night. For 1 guest it's £155 for room for the two nights including dinner on Saturday.
But we've kept the cost of the rooms and Saturday dinner separate so you can decide if you'd like to stay for 2 nights or just the Saturday night.
