I think you have really got to want one to spend time and money on it as will cost a fair amount more than it will be worth given recent Berlina sales.

The second seller is a trade house, so presumably is hoping to make a quick buck (or maybe the first seller was listing it on his behalf, and it didn't fetch as much as he was hoping ...)
