Tanc Barrett (Lancia Delta specialists) has worked on Fulvias but I have no knowledge of what he can offer.

There's AllItalia (http://www.italia.org.uk/) in Wrexham that specialises in Fulvias ... but that's about the same West from you as Tanc is South.  Sad

Hopefully someone on the forum will come up with a closer suggestion. Other than that you might have to do a web search for something generic like "italian car specialist" and locate a garage that works with older (Italian) cars and could work on the Fulvia. Good luck.
