As a PF coupe owner, I've noticed that many restored PF's  have painted the 'Lancia' inscription on the hub caps black. My own car has 2 faintly painted inscriptions and 2 not painted.
I've checked all my UK original road test pictures, official Lancia sales brochures and early Lancia adverts for guidance. Here's my conclusion by model.

Flaminia Sedan / Saloon. Yes , painted

Flaminia GT 'Touring'. Yes, painted

Flaminia Sport Zagato. Yes, painted

Flaminia PF coupe ( all versions ) No, not painted.

Does anyone have original photo's or remember to the contrary ?
