The asking prices for Ardeas on Italian websites vary hugely and can be for more than the "estimate" for that car. As I know from watching Augusta adverts for a couple of years owners seem to have a very high value in mind, as do those who give "valuations". There are many Augustas still advertised today at the same high price asked in 2018. One owner we approached was so insulted by my opening offer that he refused to even show the car to us. It is still for sale 2 years later at the same price.

The Ardea does look very nice.  I am always a bit wary of cars that come out of "collections" - they can look great but how many years have they sat, unused, with no anticorrosion in the cooling system.
