Just up on e-bay are some wooden spoked wheels thought to be Lancia. The vendor suggests 1920s but if they are Lancia I'd think pre 1910 more likely.
The number of potential purchasers will be miniscule but if you actually do need such a thing the chances of finding some are probably equally miniscule.
