Dear all,

I thought I'd share this with you - I've also posted this to the Aurelia group on Facebook, but just in case you don't do social media...

For those of you with West of England type cloth trim in your Aurelia, if your fabric is beginning to show its age and the wool has 'bobbled', a domestic clothing 'de-bobbler' can make a real difference.

These devices can be bought very cheaply from the likes of Amazon (other retailers are of course available) - they lightly shave the fabric, removing 'pulls' and 'bobbles' in the wool.

Whilst it won't restore badly damaged fabric, it could significantly improve the appearance if used gently.  I spent an hour on my interior and I'm delighted with the improvement. Areas of high wear, such as the door tops and around window winders in particular.

Oh, and the process is rather theraputic too; especially when you see all of the wool 'dust' coming out of the machine when you're done.
