Lancia Beta Spider, Lancia Fulvia Zagato

Hello
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions regarding replacement tyres and battery for a 1300 Fulvia Zagato, it has standard steel wheels plus any views re a punchy battery.
Many thanks again Alan

I know there have been previous forum chats on this ... so worth looking at those.

I don't have a Sport but assuming yours is an S2 then it's the same tyre size and on my Coupé I have Falkens (165/80 R14) which I've been very pleased with. Seem to give all round good performance.

If you wanted a more 'period tyre' then Longstone do a selection but I can't comment on these; other folk may be able to though: https://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/classic-car-tyres/lancia/fulvia.html

For a battery I just opted to use a suitable one from Halfords. The 'HCB063' I have gives plenty of starting oomph and I've had no issues with.

For my S2 Coupe with steel wheels I also went for the Falken 165-80-14 tyres and have been pleased with them.  I bought them from James Parry at Minera tyres in Wrexham.   I bought a Varta 45Ah battery model 5454130403122.  Current Amazon pricing is £71.

Update on my previous postings the tyres were 175/80-14,now have Dunlop Classic 165/80-14 as previously mentioned by you all. The engine turns over by spanner so not seized, hurray!.
Next connect up a battery to turn the engine over without the plugs in to clear the oil out that I dribbled down the pots.
