Have recently moved to Cornwall and was on the hunt  for Italian / Lancia / Fulvia friendly specialists or garages in Cornwall or Devon - Any recommendations much appreciated

I can't think of any close to you but in South Somerset we have Auto Capozzoli in Ilchester: http://acapozzoliandsons.co.uk/

They actually specialise in Alfas but the family garage has been there over 50 years and they love all Italian cars including Lancias.
