Le Mans 24hrs 2023

Due to a change of circumstances (not mine, Im going!) I have 3x General Admission tickets available for sale to this years event. They cover the events at the track itself; Test Day, Practice, Qualifying and the Race; thats Sunday 4 June to Sunday 11 June.
They are card-type tickets, not e-tickets.
I would like to get back what I paid for them myself, namely £113.00 per ticket.
There would obviously need to be a postage charge, preferably registered/signed-for. That shouldnt cost more than £3.50, but I would need to check.
If you, or friends & family are after one or more of these, please contact me. Sooner rather than later of course!

Looks like being a good race this year, wish I could have gone, maybe next year.
Only been once, 1995 I think. The year McLaren won.
Enjoy the race all, I'll be watching on TV

I think it must have been 1988 I was there. I've no recollection of the Lancia. Mazdas made an impression. Wiki tells me 252mph from the Peugeots. We had a ride in a Renault Espace which was quite a special thing and eventually found the end of the straight which was mind blowing. More November 5th than motoracing the ground they covered at those speeds and how bright the brakes glowed. 60 is a mile a minute, 240 is a mile in 15 seconds. 100m per second. Jaguar ended Porsche's run. Porsche had had their value from that design!

As it happens am currently reading the Haynes Porsche 962 and half way in thought I'd get the Jaguar XJR one to read next. Jaguar was a carbon tub. The porsche was their first generation monocoque that replaced the spaceframe 936 they ran 1975 all the way to 1981. I was quite shocked a spaceframe car won LeMans in the 1980s. Almost as strange as how primative 1950s GP cars were even into the jet age and as the space race got going.

I really like the LC1 book. I've yet to see the LC2 book and its quite expensive. Maybe go order it from Lewisham Library

The LC2 in '88 was the Dollop Racing entered car. Heres an image. Ring any bells?
