My Aurelia previously registered as "KTM" in Britain
« on: 11 March, 2025, 04:06:22 PM »
Hello all,

My car was last registered in Britain.
As I now am finally ready to get it registered in Norway, I am going through the papers for the new registration.
One thing got my attention:
On the old British Vehicle registration document "V5", the make of the car is registered as "KTM"
What does this mean I wonder?
KTM?

...could it simply be that KTM, the Australian  motorcycle brand, was the previous name on the list alphabetically?

….no that theory doesn’t hold up at all, lots of brands between Lancia and KTM, alphabetically

haha, indeed:D

My previous interactions with the Norwegian road/vehicle authorities and paperwork that is "off" does not bode well for a smooth registration of my Aurelia.
A storm is brewing I think
