To follow you spotted in yesterdays Telegraph was an article about a auctioneer who was about to leave the estate of a late millionaire which he was valuing. Was asked those famous words - would you like to see the old cars in the barn!
Maserati Quattroporte 111 1989 mileage 960 est value £7-9K
Maserati Khamsim 1985 mileage 12,688 est value £10-15K
De Tomaso Longchamp GTSE 1988 mileage 439 est value £8-12K
De Tomaso Deauville 1983 mileage 38,352 est value £7-10K
Jenson Interceptor 111 1976 mileage 24,054 est value £2.5-4K
Bentley Mulsanne Turbo R 1996 mileage 609 est value £20-25K
Bentley Continental R Mulliner Coupe 1998 mileage 20,871 est value £60-80K
It seamed like he bought the cars and then tired of them leaving them parked in the barn, the De Tomaso needing heavy and expensive restoration.
His every day car was a Nissan Patrol 2001 mileage 67,727 est value £3-4K
